Training to hike Mt.
Kilimanjaro takes a lot of effort. Between running on weekdays and hiking on
weekends, I have that constant low-level fatigue that I love. It reminds me to
stay focused on proper nutrition and get to sleep right at ten p.m. every night, no exceptions.
